Developing the Future | Forged from Steel S4 Ep. 3

The Chicago Steel have a rich history in playing a large role in developing NHL stars of tomorrow. The Steel’s unique development model sets players up for success well beyond the USHL. Starting early, 16-year-old tenders Adam Valentini and Callum Croskery have the unique opportunity to play junior hockey at a young age and form lasting habits with the Steel to carry throughout their hockey careers. Taking the next steps in player development, the Steel have formed a strong pipeline to the University of Michigan as four current players and one coach in maize and blue once dawned the Chicago red and black and are thankful for all they learned during their time in Geneva. The Steel look to continue their legacy of producing NCAA and NHL stars.
