40/40 is Better Than 15/15 (Twins-Rangers Recap, 9/25-9/27)

For the last time during the regular season, David and Dan recap a Minnesota Twins series, and it's another good one for the Twins, who take two of three from the playoff-contending Texas Rangers at Target Field. David and Dan were conflicted, though, because the result of the series meant the Houston Astros won the AL West and got a spot in the postseason. Dan recalls an episode of the show six years ago to the day; David wonders what jerseys we will see most frequently in five years at Target Field.

They marvel at the fact that this was the most victories Derek Shelton has ever managed an MLB team to, and they dare to dream about more victories with this young core next season. They also make their picks in the MLB postseason and look ahead to what they hope will be a memorable playoff. Thank you all for listening, and always, go Twins!
