There is less than a month of the regular season remaining and the Minnesota Twins continue to tread water along the edge of the wild card following a series win over the Detroit Tigers. Both David and Dan lament the Game 3 loss and all the chances the Twins had to win it before the Tigers did. David is happy to see Derek Shelton doing everything he can to win games; Dan likes what he sees when Kody Clemens hits a home run. They are perplexed as to how the Twins will explain not calling up Walker Jenkins earlier, and they both are excited about what the future holds for this team as they hope for baseball in 2027.
