The Ice Wolves are off to a sizzling start under rookie head coach Kyle MacKenzie. We Are Ice Wolves looks inside the unique culture focused on development and committed to delivering both a first-class player and a fan experience. At the NAHL Showcase this meant a special trip to Herbie’s on the Park, named after the iconic Herb Brooks, in Saint Paul, where the team would rub elbows with hockey royalty, while listening to some a cappella Neil Diamond sung by a rookie. With the season getting underway, the Ice Wolves would also earn a signature win against South Division rival Lone Star in their toughest test of the young season.
